As the Director of Recruiting, Chris is responsible for all training, mentorship, coaching, and development of the recruiting team. Chris has worked in the recruitment field for 20+ years with start-up and fortune 500 staffing firms and has extensive experience training direct hire and contract recruiters. He has recruited for all levels of talent from executive C-suite to staff level across a range of industries including accounting, administrative, medical, technology, and engineering. Chris’ depth of knowledge in sourcing quality talent, vetting for fit with client requisitions, and supporting the interview through offer acceptance stage allows his clients to experience quicker fill rates, lower turnover, and successful project fulfillment. Additionally, Chris has designed and implemented high-performing training systems for three separate organizations, enabling faster ramp up of new recruiters. Faster and more well-rounded training has positively impacted client fulfilment and ability to support large staff augmentation projects.
Chris is married and the father of three children. Originally from New Mexico, he agrees that Pueblo green chili can be good…but not great. He enjoys coaching middle school and high school basketball, boxing, and combat sports but mostly enjoys spending time with his family and watching the next generation grow into wonderful members of society. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix.
